🌬️ 1. Prepare (2 min)

Sit or lie down in a quiet space.

Close your eyes, take 3 deep breaths.

Say silently or aloud:
“I now enter a state of healing. I open to receive life force energy.”
🤲 2. Activate Reiki (1 min)

Place hands together in Gassho (prayer position).

Focus on the warmth between your palms.

Intend to channel Reiki through your body.
🔮 3. Self-Treatment (15 min)
Hold each position for ~2–3 minutes:
